Taught by Certified Childbirth Educators and experienced Labor and Delivery Nurses, this special one-day class condenses our weekly series of classes and is designed to give an extensive overview of what to expect in the last months of pregnancy, the birth process and labor coping skills, along with the early postpartum period. This group is open to all cancer patients and cancer survivors. The 11:30 a.m. class is for those familiar with yoga. The 12:45 p.m. class is a more gentle class for beginners or for those right out of or in treatment. Participants need to wear something comfortable and bring a towel to sit on.
