If you have a concern about the care you receive while a patient at Blue Ridge HealthCare that has not been resolved by the staff providing service to you, please call the Patient Relations Department, Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm at Valdese 828-879-7518 or at Grace 828-580-5599. The presentation of a complaint will not have an adverse effect on a patient’s current care or future access to care at Blue Ridge HealthCare. Complaints can also be directed to:
