- Hysterectomy: all types of hysterectomy performed including total laparoscopic hysterectomy, vaginal hysterectomy, and laparascopic supracervical hysterectomy with an emphasis on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Urinary Incontinence Sling: Tension Free Vaginal Tape(TVT) Obturator Sling Procedure is a minimally invasive, outpatient procedure that requires only a 1cm incision in the vagina and most patients are able to go home without a urinary catheter.
- Operative Laparoscopy for Endometriosis, Infertility, or Pelvic Pain
- Endometrial Ablation: an outpatient procedure for abnormal uterine bleeding that is extremely safe and has a recovery time of 1-2 days.
- Pelvic Organ Prolapse Repair: repairs of cystoceles, rectoceles, and other vaginal herniations with both abdominal and vaginal surgical repairs.
- Laparoscopic Tubal Ligation: minimally invasive outpatient procedure for permanent sterilization.
- Laparoscopic removal of ovarian cysts or masses: most surgeries for removal of ovarian cysts of masses can be done through the laparoscope requiring only 3-4 small incisions, each about 1cm.
- Treatment of Abnormal Pap Smears: evaluation and management of abnormal pap smears and cervical dysplasia including outpatient LEEP procedures.

Dr. Evans is married to Amy Hemstreet Evans who is a family nurse practitioner and certified nurse midwife. They enjoy working together in the their office and spending time with their family which includes their daughter Ella, son Samuel, and dog Caney. Dr. Evans is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family.
