Dr. Jan O. Koehler completed his undergraduate studies at Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware, OH and obtained his medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine, Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA. His internal medicine internship was completed at Graduate Hospital University of Pennsylvania, PA and his residency training was completed at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. In addition, Dr. Koehler also completed a National Institute of Health and a National Institute of Arthritis, Metabolism and Digestive Diseases Fellowship in Bethesda, MD.

Dr. Koehler is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
