Fitness Floor

The fitness floor consists of three main areas: Strength Training, Free Weights and a Cardiovascular Area. The Cardiovascular Area contains nine treadmills, eight stair climbers, five cross trainers, four rowing machines and ten stationary bikes. The Strength Training and Free Weight Area contains a variety of strength training equipment and Olympic free weights. Our trained Exercise Staff is available to assist you in all of the workout areas. If you would like additional one-on-one training, Personal Trainers are also available. All members of the Exercise Staff are certified personal trainers by American Council Exercise and hold additional certifications in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and basic first aid.
