Phifer Wellness Center offers members and the general public a variety of health education classes to choose from. Most health education classes are free of charge, however some may require a nominal fee. Classes are update monthly and suggestions are always welcome. Information regarding upcoming classes can be found at the information center located in the lobby hallway as well as on the facility bulletin boards. Some of the classes may include American Heart Association CPR Certification, Reflexology for Seasonal Allergies and Freedom from Smoking Cessation Program.
