At Blue Ridge HealthCare (Grace and Valdese Hospitals), we pride ourselves on providing excellent nursing care to our patients and excellent service to our physicians. We offer elective surgical support at both campuses between the hours of 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Our excellent primary call teams provide surgical support for emergencies and after hours procedures. Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, ENT, Vascular, Ophthalmology, Oral Surgery, Spine Surgery, and OB/GYN are the major surgical specialties we offer.

The Outpatient Surgery Department at Valdese Hospital received a 5-Star PRC Award for Patient Satisfaction in 2004. Both Outpatient Surgery Centers will receive recognition in 2005 from PRC for outstanding patient satisfaction scores. We believe our patients deserve the best and we enthusiastically give them the best care possible.
