Complaints/Concerns

If you have a concern about the care you receive while a patient at Carolinas HealthCare System - Blue Ridge that has not been resolved by the staff providing service to you, please call the Customer Relations Department, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am – 5:00pm at (828) 580-5599. You may call the complaint hotline at (828) 580-5411. The presentation of a complaint will not have an adverse effect on a patient’s current care or future access to care at Carolinas HealthCare System - Blue Ridge. Complaints can also be directed to:
