Women's and Children's Services at Blue Ridge HealthCare

The Women’s and Children’s Center, located at Grace Hospital, provides OB/GYN, Pediatric and Neonatal services in the hospital’s newly renovated Family Center, with access to 4-D ultrasound, spacious birthing suites, a neonatal intensive care unit, and highly trained staff.

Services provided include:

• Care of the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, normal newborn
• A neonatal intensive care unit
• Ability to treat pediatric patients 0-18 years
• Breast feeding and childbirth classes

Lactation Center at Blue Ridge HealthCare

A board certified lactation consultant is available to answer your questions about breastfeeding, your baby’s needs and to develop an individualized plan of care for you. We also teach you about collection and storage of breast milk, as well as what to do if the baby is not feeding well, not having enough wet and dirty diapers, or not gaining enough weight. We support breastfeeding mothers because we know the benefits of breastfeeding for everyone. The Breastfeeding Store is available Monday through Friday by appointments and provides breast pumps, nursing bras, breast care products, breast pump supplies and more. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call 828-580-6305.
